Languages in Courmayeur

What languages can one speak in Courmayeur? Gosh, many is the answer. There are two main languages, Italian and French, with either of these you can address almost anyone. English is also widely spoken in Courmayeur and most locals are pretty good at that. There is also one that very few people know, Patois, which you may know is, I think, a mixture of Italian and French and known mostly by locals. If I am wrong let me know please.
